Golden1CenterSuites.com is the official single-event suites website of Golden 1 Center. Golden1CenterSuites.com is designed specifically for premium seating sales (i.e. Suites and Lofts). This website is operated by Golden 1 Center and the Sacramento Kings, powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from Golden 1 Center?

Yes. The premium Suites and Lofts posted for sale on this website are sold directly by Golden 1 Center.

How is my information protected?

Your personal identifiable information and non-personal identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a Golden 1 Center suite?

To book a Premium Rental at Golden 1 Center, visit the RENT A SUITE page and click on the event you wish to attend. Your Premium Rental can be purchased directly from the website via Instant Book or by contacting the Suite Services Department at [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email including details on accessing your tickets. Tickets and parking will be made available approximately two weeks prior to your event.

How are my tickets delivered?

All tickets and parking passes will be available electronically. After your booking is complete, you will receive access to your online Account Manager. Click here for a mobile ticket tutorial.

Tickets cannot be printed and screenshots will not be valid upon entry into Golden 1 Center.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All Suites and Lofts listed on Golden1CenterSuites.com are exclusive to you and your guests.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All Suites and Lofts are ADA accessible. Guests will enter through the Premium Lobby located off 6th and L St. and take elevators to their location.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on Golden1CenterSuites.com include:

  • All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover)
  • Apple Pay on mobile devices

Is payment required in full?

Yes. Payment in full is required upon booking to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no additional fees. The price listed is the final price you pay. The only additional cost would be adding any available Standing Room Only tickets or additional in-unit food and beverage catering.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. Click here to access our Golden 1 Center Rental Agreement.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

A Golden 1 Center representative will contact you as soon as possible should an event be postponed/rescheduled. Should an event be postponed, please retain your tickets, as they are typically honored on the date to which the event has been rescheduled.

What if my event is cancelled?

A Golden 1 Center representative will contact you as soon as possible should an event be canceled. Should an event be canceled, you will be eligible for a refund or apply funds paid towards an alternative event at Golden 1 Center.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

All food and beverage at Golden 1 Center is provided by our catering partner, Legends Hospitality. After your Suite or Loft booking is complete, you will receive an email with catering information and ordering instructions. All Suite and Loft guests will have access to pre-order food and beverage or order upon arrival to their event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No. Catering is not required to be purchased and there is no catering minimum.

How much does catering typically cost?

Specific catering costs will be available closer to the event date when you receive catering instructions. Spend will be based on type of food (ie. snacks vs. full meals) and number of guests.

On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend roughly $100 per person.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs") for my suite?

Standing Room Only tickets may be available depending on the size of your suite or loft. Please refer to your reservation to see if additional tickets are available or contact the Suite Services Department at [email protected]. If additional tickets are available, they can be purchased at any time leading up to the event.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

All children age 2 and older will need a ticket to enter Golden 1 Center.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Golden 1 Center)?

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Suite and Loft tickets provide access to the Premium Lobby and Entrance, Croft by Cintron, and both Cask and Alchemy Lounges on the Suite Level. Additionally, you will have access to all general fan areas and Local Eats stands on the Plaza and Bridge Levels.

Event Day Questions

Where do I park?

All Suite and Loft rental parking is located in the West Premium Garage at 325 L St. Suite and Loft guests will have exclusive access to Garage Levels 1 and 2. Following your booking, you will receive a confirmation email including electronic parking passes and details on where to park.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

The Premium Entrance and Lobby is located on L St. at the 6th and L St. intersection. This entrance is exclusive to all premium seating. You will receive an email following your booking with additional details.

When does my suite open?

Suites and Lofts open at the same time as arena doors. Timing will vary by event ranging from 1-2 hours prior to an event’s listed start time. Specific timing by event will be communicated after booking is finalized.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the event?

Yes. Each Suite and Loft has a designated attendant that will serve you. Food and beverage orders may be placed through the attendant or the QR Code located in each space. The event-day menu includes group portions and limited individual items. Sacramento has a strong food culture, so the menu features a variety of farm-to-fork options celebrating local chefs and farmers.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.
